Connect Staffing
Digital Recruitment Campaign
An innovative approach to recruiting staff across three Australian states.
Client: Connect Staffing
Service: Social Media Advertising
Utilising creative media, and a campaign structure to nurture applicants, we established a social media advertising campaign, which scaled nationally to attract nurses from all across the country.
This story isn’t over just yet. Watch this space.
Up to 5 new applicants daily
For a single location we attracted up to 5 new applicants every single day, for over 3 years.
Applicants from less than $10
Creating leads is important, generating them affordably is too.
Scaled Nationally
With a proof of concept & results in WA, we scaled nationally.
Our Task
Connect Staffing had grand ambitions to grow from a local Perth staffing agency for nurses to the national supplier of nurses to public and private hospitals.
In order to achieve this they needed an overwhelming number of applications from nurses, to allow Connect Staffing to fulfill its client needs.
Methodology
With experience from another national company, we were confident we could generate the volume of applicants required utilising social media advertising.
We established a campaign on social media to start building brand awareness among nurses in Perth about the flexibility and control over their life they could have working for Connect Staffing.
With now over 3 years of data and continuous improvement, this campaign is a flagship example of what can be achieved utilising social media advertising.
Measuring Success & Outcomes
In order to measure the effectiveness of our campaign a robust data and user tracking system was put in place that allowed us to attribute the extensive ad campaign spend to the results it was generating.
With leads being accurately tracked, we quickly saw results being generated.
As a result, we scaled the campaign to include both WA metro and regional areas, while forming the basis for Connect to meet tender requirements for the supply of nurses in Tasmania, and Victoria.
