Having experience tremendous growth in student numbers, the school needed to cater more to parents and students, both current and prospective, providing tools and readily-accessible information.

Our Task

We worked alongside Belli Marketing and Iceberg Media to put together a comprehensive website, each bringing to the table our own expertise.

Methodology

Nothing beats a good site visit for a face to face website brief, especially when travelling out to such an iconic and beautiful location such as Lower Chittering.

We quickly established a sitemap, put together a checklist of items needing to be sourced, and with the amazing work done by Iceberg Media in creating a video for this site, and Belli Marketing’s copywriting, we put together a website in no time.

Following SEO best practice to retain website ranking, we migrated the site across one Friday afternoon with zero downtime.

 

Measuring Success & Outcomes

Dealing with a live website with some history behind it we had to ensure existing website ranking was retained.

We also had to make sure that old website content was correctly redirected so staff members and parents alike could find their old bookmarks.

We installed a Google Analytics tracking suite to begin measuring website traffic and user behaviour. Something which previously had never been done before.

The biggest measure of success for Immaculate Heart College was to have an accurate reflection of their information presented in a professional and easy to navigate way. 

Migration took place on a Friday afternoon with zero downtime, and no interruption to website traffic.
