What happens when I sign up?
After you sign up we will briefly touch base with you just to say hi, and introduce ourselves.
After that you’ll receive an email with a list of additional information we need in order to get started with your social media.
We’ll also be sending you our standard month-by-month agreement.
Once signed off, we’ll get you onto our social media approval portal, to get going with as little delay as possible.
How do payments work?
There are no payments due until you’ve signed off on our month-by-month agreement and we’ve agreed on the specific monthly deliverables.
Once signed, your setup fees of $350 are due immediately. These get you onto our approval post portal, and onto our powerful content scheduling platform that’ll put your competition to shame.
All monthly fees are charged at the end of the month so you’ll have a few weeks to enjoy our service before you have to make up your mind whether you’ll want to continue for month 2.
However, we’re sure you’ll love working with us. 🙂
Who will manage my accounts?
During your set up stage you’ll be introduced to your account manager that will work with you on a monthly basis to ensure we’re capturing your brand’s tone of voice and messaging correctly.
Do you outsource work overseas?
None of your work will ever be done overseas. Whether that is the graphics for your posts, the writing of the captions, or the management of paid advertising accounts.
We never outsource work to third parties based overseas.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
You’re on a month-by-month engagement so you can cancel at any time and you’ll only be charged for the work that’s already been done.
Good social media takes a bit of time. We need to build up a critical mass of followers to grow your engagement.
So we do recommend giving it a crack for at least 3 months but it’s your call!
